I am a Master of Urban Planning & Real Estate Development (Dual Degree) student at the University of Southern California, set to graduate in June 2026. I started my career working for Majority Leader Ian Calderon & Assemblymember Lisa Calderon, building local, state, and Federal relationships with agencies and elected officials' staff in the San Gabriel Valley. I also worked as a Caseworker connecting residents of the Assembly District with state agencies, secured State funding for city restoration and improvement projects. I also have experience as a city planner in Westminster and Long Beach, CA, focusing on plan checks for all real estate product types, updating zoning regulations, historic planning, and local coastal planning. I am seeking to take my planning and policy skills to work as an associate in affordable housing.
