As the Leader of CPC’s ACCESS Initiative (Acquiring Capital and Capacity for Economic Stability and Sustainability), I am committed to advancing the success of diverse developers in commercial real estate in NYS and beyond. My work centers on building an inclusive ecosystem where underrepresented professionals can transform their visions of community revitalization into reality. By working collaboratively with industry colleagues, government partners, and foundations, I am uniquely positioned to advance the goals of this initiative. Through advocacy, I have distinguished myself as a change maker, challenging industry norms and proposing and implementing innovative solutions to advance affordable housing both locally and nationally. I am strategically focused on identifying impactful opportunities to expand access to capital, provide technical support, and uncover capacity-building resources for diverse developers with the goal of pipeline growth/expansion.
