I started with a small start-up company called Real Capital Markets in Jan 2001. Creating and developing Institutional Real Estate products and procedures managing their multimedia department responsible for 1000's of projects over a 20 year span for CBRE, JLL, Cushman Wakefield just to name a few.

My staff and I created the "flash teaser" in 2001 that took the institutional real estate industry by storm as well as custom html emails. The New Way to market their properties to potential buyers. Creating an Industry standard that helped RCM to become a leader in the industry to this day. We made small companies into to giants.
