Eddie will provide an inside look at the redevelopment of the historic LA County General Hospital, including the vision for transforming the 30.8-acre site into a mixed-use Healthy Village. He’ll also share his career journey and his passion for creating greater visibility and opportunities for the next generation of Latino real estate professionals.

The LA County General Hospital redevelopment represents more than $1 billion in anticipated investment and could include up to 3,200 housing units, health and wellness uses, retail, open space, and other community-serving amenities. The project also includes the adaptive reuse of the historic 1.2 million-square-foot, 19-story General Hospital and has the potential to become one of the country’s largest historic tax credit transactions.
