Travis is a transactional attorney who focuses on retail and commercial development and leasing. 

He has comprehensive experience representing developers and property owners in all aspects of retail, office, mixed-use and life science assets, including the negotiation and drafting of leases, purchase and sale agreements, development and management agreements, reciprocal easement agreements, and all other agreements related to the acquisition, construction, development, operation, and repositioning of commercial projects. Travis also represents master developers in public-private partnerships, including drafting and negotiating their long-term ground leases.

Travis is licensed in three states and is proficient in Spanish. He earned his B.A. in Hispanic Literature and Latin American History from Lewis and Clark College in Portland, Oregon, where he was captain of the men’s soccer team. He received his J.D. from The University of Illinois at Chicago, John Marshall Law School where he received two CALI Awards in Real Estate Transactions and Constitutional Law. He has also worked and lived in Cuba, Spain, Mexico, and Ecuador.
