Danny is a Vice President of Asset Management at Tredway, where he helps oversee the firm's Asset Management function, directly supporting the strategy, business plan execution and operational performance of over 3,000 units of affordable housing nationally — including budgeting, capital planning, financial analysis, leasing, compliance and management of joint venture and third-party property manager relationships, in support of the firm's mission and investment objectives.

Prior to joining Tredway, Danny was a Director at True North Management Group, where he was directly involved in the origination and/or asset management of $975M of debt and equity investments across the country, representing approximately 5 million SF of commercial real estate and 1,600 workforce housing units. Before True North, Danny held various positions at the Community Preservation Corporation, a national nonprofit lender and developer of affordable housing, where he focused on strategic planning and analysis, loan portfolio management, and distressed loan workouts.

Danny holds a BBA in Finance and Accounting from Andrews University and an MS in Real Estate Finance from New York University.
