Rafael Rivera is the Founder and President of Razor Development, LLC, a New York City construction and real estate firm. He holds a B.S. in Construction Management from Syracuse University and has more than 20 years of experience in general contracting, construction management, owner's representation, development, property ownership, and forensic building analysis.
Razor Development helps owners and investors plan and complete renovations, capital improvements, corrective work, and property repositioning projects. Services include preconstruction planning, building analysis, scope development, budgeting, bid review, contractor selection, schedule and cost control, change-order management, construction monitoring, regulatory compliance, and project closeout.
