Fernando Martinez is a construction and real estate professional with experience in general contracting, owner’s representation, and investment management. He manages high‑end residential and commercial projects, building on early field experience in waterproofing and roofing. Fernando is currently pursuing graduate studies in real estate development at ITAM, strengthening his expertise as he works toward developing projects in both California and Mexico.
