Paul Mittmann serves as Senior Vice President of Development at Northgate Markets, sourcing and overseeing all real estate initiatives. Most recently, he spent the last 15+ years at Phillips Edison & Company (PECO) and Sterling Organization in a similar capacity where he led expansion efforts in their western regions. Paul has been involved in transactions exceeding 28 million square feet and $4 billion of value.

Paul was twice named by Real Estate Southern California as one of the top 40 real estate professionals under 40 in Southern California. He is a licensed California Real Estate Broker, General Contractor, and is an active member of both the International Council of Shopping Centers and Urban Land Institute, where he chairs the national retail council. Paul holds a Bachelor of Business Management and Finance from California State University Fullerton and completed graduate coursework in Economics.
