As REĀL continues to grow its community, programs and impact, we are looking for engaged leaders who want to play an active role in shaping the organization’s next chapter.
Individuals interested in serving on the REĀL Board are encouraged to submit an interest application. We also welcome nominations of individuals who you believe would bring valuable leadership, experience and perspective to the organization.

Board members help guide REĀL’s strategic direction, support our programs and initiatives, strengthen our industry relationships, and identify new opportunities to expand the organization’s reach and impact.
