Eddie Pech is an Assistant Project Manager at Primestor Development, where he supports the redevelopment of the historic Los Angeles County General Hospital as part of a major public private partnership with Los Angeles County. His work spans project coordination, development operations, consultant management, and stakeholder engagement across the planning and predevelopment process.

Eddie earned his Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California, where he developed a strong foundation in real estate finance, development, and urban planning. His previous experience includes work in leasing, property management, and student housing development.
