Bio or About: Christianne (Mejia) Schrobilgen is Chief of Staff & Operations at Sustento Group, building operational systems for climate investment. With nearly 20 years of institutional commercial real estate experience, she now applies her expertise to climate investment in affordable housing, currently managing coordination for retrofits across Los Angeles. She co-founded REĀL (Real Estate Association of Latinx Professionals) to create career pathways for young Latinos in real estate and co-developed an affordable housing fund focused on women developers and operators. A native Spanish speaker with Nicaraguan upbringing, she holds a BS in Management from Pepperdine.
