Armando specializes in portfolio management as part of Advisory & Transaction Management for diverse portfolios—ranging from 2-50 million square feet and encompassing hundreds of leased and owned properties. My unique background as a real estate service provider in Manhattan and a licensed architect with solid facilities programming and financial analysis experience has translated into many long-term client relationships, most going back a decade or more. His career is especially rewarding because of his longtime relationship with the Latino community. He is  one of the original four founding members and board member of CBRE’s Business Resource Group HOLA, which has close to 2,000 employees. Additionally, he is on the Advisory Council of one of our nation’s leading nonprofit organizations supporting higher education, one that has awarded more than $650 million in scholarships.
