Henry is a real estate professional from New York City, with over two decades of experience working at organizations like Morgan Stanley, Warner Discovery, Amazon, and currently works for Johnson & Johnson as its Senior Real Estate Manager for North & South America. Henry has a Master of Business Administration specializing in Finance, Strategy & Real Estate from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business.
Outside of his corporate life, Henry Flores is the Founder of Maverick Enterprises, a luxury hospitality and lifestyle experience company which owns and manages luxury short term rental properties. Henry is also the founder of the Classic Watch Club, an international watch collecting society with over 300 members worldwide which has been featured in the NY Times, Wall Street Journal, Robb Report & GQ magazine.
Henry is an immigrant of the Dominican Republic who grew up in the housing projects of Spanish Harlem and is a graduate of All Hallows High School, which he was able to attend via the Student Sponsor Partners, an organization helping break the cycle of poverty for NYC’s inner-city youth by providing them with mentorship and scholarships to attend private school. As a proud alumnus of SSP , Henry has sponsored several SSP students since graduating from Middlebury College in 2001 and has helped raise over $5M for the organization by chairing its junior board.
