Hector Gomez is an Analyst for JLL’s Development and Asset Strategy Investment Sales team in West Los Angeles. The DAS team specializes in repositioning land & underutilized assets to their highest and best use. Hector graduated from the University of California, Irvine in 2022. During his time at UCI he bridged the gap between the commercial real estate industry and the university. He became the president of the Real Estate Association at UCI and helped many students become involved in the industry. With his volunteer work at the Real Estate Association of Latinx Professionals and his involvement at AAREP LA and FiiRE, he has become an emerging young professional looking be an industry leader.
