I’m a Los Angeles–based professional with a background in marketing, nonprofit leadership, and commercial real estate. Born and raised in Koreatown, I’m a proud first-generation graduate of Franklin & Marshall College, shaped deeply by my Guatemalan heritage and long-standing commitment to community.
I’ve built my career at the intersection of commercial real estate and high-impact industry programming, leading large-scale conferences, multi-stakeholder events, and strategic marketing initiatives before transitioning into brokerage leasing strategy and redevelopment support across Los Angeles. My experience in market analysis and stakeholder engagement allows me to bridge operations, marketing, and development conversations with both strategic and community awareness. I’m now focused on deepening my expertise in event management and marketing within real estate development and affordable housing, leveraging strategic convening and communications to create meaningful, community-centered impact.
